About me
Hi, I'm Amanda.
My first personal experience with therapy brought me hope as well as permission to trust my own inner wisdom. It was a transformational experience that changed the trajectory of my life by inspiring me to become a therapist. I am excited about supporting people through their stuck points, because I am convinced that there's always a way through - even when it doesn't feel like it.
The most important thing is my relationship with you and if that is being met then the skills and interventions kind of fall into place as needed. The therapeutic relationship is always number one for me.
I am very transparent and honest with my clients. If you are looking for someone’s face that is not “readable,” I am probably not the therapist for you. That doesn’t mean I’m judging you… that means we are in this together.
More than anything, I just want to help, and for you to know that I will be here with you for whatever you bring to our sessions. Reach out to see if we are a good fit.
