EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment for trauma, anxiety, and depression. It helps realign thoughts, feelings, and bodily responses to trauma, making the world feel more manageable.

Think of your brain as a file cabinet for all your memories and emotions. Sometimes, intense experiences cause these "files" to be stored improperly. EMDR helps you reorganize them, so they don’t bother you as much.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR involves minimal conversation. You briefly recall the event, then move on, addressing body sensations, thoughts, and emotions linked to it. EMDR might feel strange at first, but your brain naturally heals itself through the process. However, it's not for everyone, and that's okay. I'm here to support you, whatever path you choose.

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps you reprocess painful memories and experiences. EMDR regulates the nervous system and reshapes brain patterns so that what was previously triggering can be confronted without emotional spiraling. EMDR can help balance your mood and make you feel much more at peace, as well as improve communication, boundaries, and relationships. Many clients are surprised by how efficient and permanent the effect of EMDR is and how they go from feeling broken to feeling whole.
